The production of traditional sommelier corkscrews seems to have stopped in 2007. It’s common to find a Laurent SIRET varnished corkscrew among our elders. I even have one that came from my father!
One day, I had the crazy desire to resume making them and update them. Always made from our vines, I choose them based on their grip and robustness. My personal touch: restoring the nobility of wood, without varnish or rivets: 100% natural!
